Since the nature of our service is semi-custom gifts, we have a minimum order of 24 box per hamper design.
We require at least 2 weeks production time in advance to customize your order. Please plan your delivery date and place your order accordingly.
We apply flat rate shipping for all orders within Jabodetabek area. All orders outside Jabodetabek are shipped from Jakarta via JNE. Please note that to save on volume space, we might flatten the boxes and give you the instruction on how to easily arrange your hampers.
Of course! A personalized message is free of charge. Please provide your personal note, gratitude, quote, verse, or even brand at our checkout area in the Message section, and we will write it for you. Also, If you want to include your (wedding / corporate) logo or (baby’s) photograph, you can also email us the file at firstname.lastname@example.org
Flat rated Deliveries for Jabodetabek area, with the amount of IDR 150.000 by using our corporate private courier. If you live outside these areas your gift box will be delivered thru JNE, our official delivery partner.

Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, All sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us. All our products and hampers are quality inspected and packed carefully, so damages are rare.
However, If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please contact us immediately.
Should the recipient be out when the courier attempts delivery, we will take it back & you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please be informed that a second delivery charge will be applied as well.
For Hampers that are delivered thru Ruffles & Bow private courier, The content has been arranged by us & ready to be sent.
For Hampers that are delivered thru JNE, The content must be arranged by the customer but do not worry, we will provide and attach clear instructions. It'll be fun!
